Sermorelin is a synthetic peptide that stimulates the release of growth hormone from the pituitary gland. It supports muscle growth, metabolism, and overall vitality by mimicking the body’s natural growth hormone-releasing hormone.
Common side effects include mild injection site reactions (such as pain, redness, or swelling), headache, flushing, dizziness, and nausea. These side effects are typically temporary and resolve on their own.
NiceRx is currently available in all states except for: Alabama, Arkansas, California, Kansas, Michigan, Mississippi, North Dakota, and Washington.

What is Sermorelin?
Optimal metabolic health goes far beyond weight management. With age, declining growth hormone levels can lead to muscle loss and a slower metabolism.
Building lean muscle mass not only enhances your physical strength but also supports insulin sensitivity, stabilizes glucose levels, and improves overall metabolic function.
Sermorelin injections are clinically shown to promote lean muscle growth, especially in the lower body.
How Sermorelin works
Enhanced muscle growth and strength
Anti-aging and vitality

Learn more about Sermorelin
What is compounded semaglutide?
Compounded semaglutide is used for chronic weight management.
Compounding is a process that involves creating a medication that is specific to the needs of a patient when either the medication is unavailable in the required form or dose, or when the FDA-approved medication is in short supply in the marketplace.
Compounded medications are made by state-licensed compounding pharmacies that adhere to state and FDA requirements and quality standards for making medications. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and do not have to undergo any safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing reviews.
NiceRx works with state-licensed compounding pharmacies that compound semaglutide base form (not semaglutide salts) using the same active ingredient as Wegovy and Ozempic.
Where is compounded semaglutide made?
NiceRx works with state-licensed compounding pharmacies that made compounded semaglutide in compliance with state and federal laws. Compounding of medications is regulated by the FDA and state boards of pharmacy and the compounding pharmacy is required to adhere to state and federal laws.
What are the dosing guidelines for compounded semaglutide?
For people that are starting on compounded semaglutide, the starting dose is typically 0.25 mg weekly and the dose is gradually increased every 4 weeks until a suitable maintenance dose is reached. If a prescription is approved, the healthcare provider will work with you to determine the most suitable dosing schedule.
How do you use compounded semaglutide?
Compounded semaglutide is supplied in a small multi-dose vial alongside syringes that you will prepare for your weekly dose to safely self-administer.
To prepare each weekly dose, use the alcohol swab provided to clean the top of the vial, and then carefully draw the prescribed amount of medication into the syringe. Similar to Ozempic and Wegovy, compounded semaglutide should be injected once per week (on the same day) under the skin of your abdomen (stomach), thigh or upper arm.
You’ll receive instructions that explain how to safely use the medication.
Are compounded GLP-1s covered by insurance?
Unfortunately, compounded GLP-1s are typically not covered by insurance.
How much does compounded semaglutide cost?
Compounded semaglutide through the NiceRx Weight Loss Program costs $249/month up to 1.75 mg/weekly dose. This price includes the cost of medication, shipping, syringes, the initial provider visit and up to one monthly follow up visit.
Can I get compounded semaglutide in my state?
Compounded semaglutide through NiceRx is currently available in all states except for: Alabama, Arkansas, California, Kansas, Michigan, Mississippi, North Dakota, and Washington.

Important safety information and common side effects
The most common side effect reported is mild irritation at the injection site. If this occurs, try rotating the injection site to a different area of the body or reducing the frequency of injections. Persistent irritation can be managed with an over-the-counter itch relief cream, preferably one containing hydrocortisone. If the issue continues, consider discontinuing use and consulting a healthcare provider. Other potential common side effects are nausea, headache, and fatigue or lightheadedness after taking the injection.
