What is Alfamino Junior?
Alfamino Junior is an FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration) approved medication manufactured by Nestle Health Science. Alfamino Junior is a hypoallergenic, amino-acid-based powder formula for pediatric use in children 1+ years of age with multiple food allergies and malabsorptive conditions such as short bowel syndrome. This nutritionally-complete formula provides essential nutrients your child needs for adequate growth.
Alfamino Junior has a fat blend containing medium-chain triglycerides (MCT) to help children with fat malabsorption. Alfamino Junior hypoallergenic amino acid-based formulas with unique lipid blends are designed to:
