The Dexcom G6 is manufactured by Dexcom, Inc., a company that specializes in diabetes care technology. The Dexcom G6 CGM system is FDA-permitted as the first real-time, integrated continuous glucose monitoring system (iCGM) that makes diabetes treatment decisions and diabetes management with zero fingersticks or calibration possible, giving greater freedom and flexibility for patients 2 years of age and older.
