    We will request documents to be submitted by you and your healthcare provider that are required by the pharmaceutical company to complete your enrollment.

  • Receive medication

    Once approved, the pharmaceutical company typically ships a 90-day supply of medication to your home or healthcare provider’s address.

Your monthly Elecare Jr cost savings if eligible

If you are eligible for the Elecare Jr patient assistance program you can receive your medication for free. Our monthly service fee of $49 per medication covers the cost of our services in applying for the program and requesting your ongoing refills on your behalf. If you obtain your Elecare Jr through NiceRx, you will only pay $49 a month regardless of the retail price of your medication.

Am I eligible for the Elecare Jr patient assistance program?

You could receive your Elecare Jr without paying the full retail price if you meet the eligibility criteria for assistance. What is Elecare Jr?

Elecare Jr is a specialty hypoallergenic infant formula, manufactured by Abbott Pharmaceuticals. Elecare Jr has 100% free amino acids as the protein source and has Omega 3 DHA and Omega-6 ARA nutrients, (found in breast milk) that help support brain and eye development.

EleCare Jr’s unflavored nutrition powder is designed to meet the nutritional needs of children ages 1 year and older who cannot tolerate milk, soy, or protein hydrolysate formulas. The amino acid-based, hypoallergenic infant formula is clinically shown to be effective for maintaining growth in children with severe food allergies and cow’s milk allergy when used as a primary source of calories. Plus, EleCare Jr Unflavored meets or exceeds 100% of the Dietary Reference Intakes (DRIs) for protein and 25 essential vitamins and minerals for children ages 1 to 13.

What doses of Elecare Jr are available?

Elecare Jr is available in powder form, in the following doses: chocolate – dilution of 30 Cal/fl oz (scoop yields 8.9 grams powder), banana – dilution of 30 Cal/fl oz (scoop yields 9 grams of powder).

Elecare Jr drug interactions

Elecare Jr contraindications

You should not use Elecare Jr if you:

**If you do not receive medications because you were determined to be ineligible for the prescription assistance by the applicable pharmaceutical companies and you have a letter of denial, we will refund any fees you paid toward medications for which you did not qualify to receive prescription assistance (“Refund”).

To receive a refund, you must send the letter of denial to us by fax to 888-517-7444, or by e-mail to [email protected] within 30 days of your receipt of such letter. The Refund is your sole and exclusive remedy for any fees you may wish to dispute.
