Our application process aims to make it as easy as possible to apply for the Felbatol patient assistance program. The first step is to complete our online enrollment application. We will ask you for details about your healthcare provider, your insurance plan, and your household income as this information is required by the pharmaceutical companies. We may be able to help you apply for other patient assistance programs too, so be sure to tell us about any medications you are taking as well as Felbatol.

NiceRx will review your application and determine whether you may be eligible for Felbatol assistance. • Adjunctive therapy for partial seizures and generalized seizures, including the atonic seizures associated with Lennox-Gastaut syndrome, in children aged 2 to 14 years

Felbatol is recommended only for those patients with severe epilepsy where a substantial risk of aplastic anemia or liver failure is considered acceptable in light of the potential benefits of its use. If these criteria are met, and the patient has been fully advised of the risk, Felbatol can be considered for use either alone or in combination with other seizure medicines.

What doses of Felbatol are available?

Felbatol is available in tablet form, in the following doses: 400 mg, 600 mg, or as an oral suspension, in the following doses: 600 mg/5 mL.
