Am I eligible for Fensolvi patient assistance?

How do I apply for the Fensolvi patient assistance program?

Applying for the Fensolvi patient assistance program through NiceRx is simple. Begin by completing the enrollment application on our website. We will ask for details about your healthcare provider, your insurance plan, and your household income. This information is required by the pharmaceutical manufacturers that supply your medication. We may be able to help you access patient assistance for other medications as well as Fensolvi, so please tell us about any medications that you have been prescribed.

At the end of your enrollment period, we will contact you for updated details and seek to re-enroll you in the program.

What is Fensolvi?

Fensolvi is a prescription medication manufactured by Tolmar Pharmaceuticals, Inc. It is a gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) agonist with FDA approval (U.S. Food and Drug Administration) for the treatment of pediatric patients 2 years of age and older with central precocious puberty (CPP). CPP is a rare disease defined as the onset of puberty before age eight in girls and before age nine in boys. Fensolvi suppresses sex hormones to pre-pubertal levels and stops or reverses the progression of the clinical signs of puberty.

What doses of Fensolvi are available?

Fensolvi is available as an injectable suspension, in the following doses: 45 mg

Fensolvi 45 mg is administered by subcutaneous injection once every six months. Monitor the response to Fensolvi with a GnRH agonist stimulation test, basal serum luteinizing hormone (LH) levels, or serum concentration of sex steroid levels at 1 to 2 months following initiation of therapy and as needed to confirm adequate suppression of pituitary gonadotropins, sex steroids, and progression of secondary sexual characteristics. Measure height every 3 to 6 months and monitor bone age periodically.

Always speak with a healthcare professional for medical advice about any changes to your dose so they can monitor and evaluate your condition.

Fensolvi active ingredients

Fensolvi contains leuprolide acetate as the active ingredient.
