- Other N-methyl-D-aspartate antagonists (NMDA receptor antagonists) – amantadine, ketamine, and dextromethorphan
- Using drugs that use the same renal cationic system such as hydrochlorothiazide, triamterene, metformin, cimetidine, quinidine, and nicotine, can result in altered plasma levels of both drugs

You should not use Namenda Oral Solution if you:

- Are pregnant or are planning to become pregnant
