Restasis Multidose is an FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration) approved medication manufactured by Allergan Inc. Restasis is a preservative-free topical immunomodulator indicated for a certain type of chronic dry eye disease to increase tear production in patients whose tear production is presumed to be suppressed due to ocular inflammation associated with keratoconjunctivitis sicca. An increase in own tear production was not seen in patients currently taking topical anti-inflammatory drugs or using punctal plugs.

What doses of Restasis Multidose are available?

Restasis Multidose is available as a cyclosporine ophthalmic emulsion formulation, in the following doses: 0.5mg/mL

Restasis eye drops should appear white in color. Throw the bottle away after one use, even if there is still medicine left inside. Store at room temperature.
