You may be required to submit further information and documents required by the pharmaceutical company which can be securely uploaded online.
Your application is created and sent to your doctor for signature. At this stage, you will be billed $49 and will not be billed again until you receive your first medication delivery.

If you are eligible for the Fiasp Penfill patient assistance program you can receive your medication for free. Our monthly service fee of $49 per medication covers the cost of our services in applying for the program and requesting your ongoing refills on your behalf. What is Fiasp Penfill?
Fiasp Penfill is an FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration) approved medication manufactured by Novo Nordisk A/S. Fiasp is a rapid-acting human insulin analog used to help control blood sugar levels in adult and pediatric patients with type 1 diabetes, and type 2 diabetes mellitus.
What doses of Fiasp Penfill are available?
Fiasp Penfill is available in 3 mL PenFill cartridges for use in a PenFill cartridge device. Fiasp is also available as 10 mL vials and 3 mL single-patient-use Fiasp FlexTouch pens. Never share FlexTouch pens, cartridges, or cartridge devices, even if the needle or syringe is changed. Fiasp may be administered by:
- Subcutaneous injection – Inject into the abdomen, upper arm, or thigh at the start of a meal or within 20 minutes of starting a meal. This should be used with an intermediate or long-acting insulin
- Continuous subcutaneous infusion (insulin pump) – Use as advised with insulin pumps instructions for use
- Intravenous infusion – only under medical supervision

Fiasp Penfill contraindications
You should not use Fiasp Penfill if you:
- Are allergic to the active ingredient insulin aspart
- Are allergic to any of the other ingredients in Fiasp Penfill
- Are having episodes of hypoglycemia
Talk to your doctor about your medical condition before using Fiasp Penfill if you:
- Are taking any of the medications that could interact with Fiasp Penfill
- Have kidney disease, liver disease, or thyroid problems

Fiasp Penfill is the trademark brand name for insulin aspart manufactured by Novo Nordisk A/S. A generic version of insulin aspart is not available. Generic drugs are generally cheaper than brand-name drugs, but you can still find Fiasp Penfill savings through NiceRx.

**If you do not receive medications because you were determined to be ineligible for the prescription assistance by the applicable pharmaceutical companies and you have a letter of denial, we will refund any fees you paid toward medications for which you did not qualify to receive prescription assistance (“Refund”).
To receive a refund, you must send the letter of denial to us by fax to 888-517-7444, or by e-mail to [email protected] within 30 days of your receipt of such letter. The Refund is your sole and exclusive remedy for any fees you may wish to dispute.
