We make it as easy as possible to apply for the Locametz patient assistance program. The first step is to complete our enrollment application. • With suspected metastasis who are eligible for initial definitive therapy
  • With suspected recurrence based on increased serum prostate-specific antigen (PSA) levels
  • For the selection of patients with metastatic prostate cancer, for whom lutetium Lu 177 vipivotide tetraxetan PSMA-directed therapy is indicated

Pluvicto (177Lu-vipivotide tetraxetan), referred to as 177Lu–prostate-specific membrane antigen–617 (177Lu-PSMA-617) is used to treat adult patients with PSMA-positive metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) who have been treated with androgen-receptor pathway inhibition and taxane-based chemotherapy.

What doses of Locametz are available?

Gallium Ga 68 gozetotide uptake may occur in other tumors and in non-malignant processes. Evaluation of Locametz PET imaging with histopathology and other diagnostic procedures is required.
