Lomaira is an FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration) approved medication manufactured by KVK-Tech, Inc. Lomaira stimulates your central nervous system increasing your heart rate and blood pressure and causing appetite suppression. It is used in combination with a reduced-calorie diet and exercise to treat obesity and help with weight loss.

Phentermine may be prescribed for short-term treatment in those who have a body mass index (BMI) of 30 kg/m2 or more. It may also be prescribed to people with a BMI of 27 kg/m2 or more with other associated risk factors, such as high blood pressure, diabetes, or high cholesterol.
