Am I eligible for the Nayzilam patient assistance program?

We will review your application to determine whether you are eligible for the Nayzilam patient assistance program. Each program has its eligibility criteria which are set by the pharmaceutical companies, however, the factors considered by most programs are:

  • I am a permanent, legal resident of the United States or Puerto Rico

  • I meet certain income eligibility requirements

How do I apply for the Nayzilam patient assistance program?

We make it as easy as possible to apply for the Nayzilam patient assistance program. The first step is to complete our enrollment application. Tell us about any medications you are taking, including Nayzilam. We will also ask for details about your healthcare provider, insurance, and your household income. This information is required by the pharmaceutical manufacturers who ship your medication.

If we determine that you may be eligible for Nayzilam assistance, we will handle the application process for you. We will work directly with your healthcare provider to prepare your application documents. Once we have received the signed application and supporting documents, we will submit them to the patient assistance program on your behalf. Our service continues once you are enrolled in the Nayzilam patient assistance program, and we will automatically request your Nayzilam medication refills for up to 1 year.

That means that we do not offer printable Nayzilam manufacturer coupons, Nayzilam discounts, or free Nayzilam samples. We are not a Nayzilam coupon provider or Nayzilam discount card. What is Nayzilam?

Nayzilam is an FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration) approved medication manufactured by UCB Inc. It is classed as a benzodiazepine and is used for the acute treatment of intermittent, stereotypic episodes of frequent seizure activity (seizure cluster episode, acute repetitive seizures) that are distinct from a patient’s usual seizure pattern in patients with epilepsy who are 12 years of age and older. Nayzilam can be abused or lead to dependence, and so is a federally controlled substance (CIV).

What doses of Nayzilam are available?

Nayzilam is available as a single-dose nasal spray, in the following doses: 5 mg midazolam per 0.1 mL solution.

Give Nayzilam by the nasal route only. For the initial dose use one spray (5 mg dose) in each nostril. For the second dose, use one additional spray into the opposite nostril after 10 minutes if the initial dose has not worked.

Please see the prescribing information and additional patient information in the medication guide, and always speak with your caregivers for medical advice or about any changes to your dose so they can monitor and evaluate your condition.
