Your monthly Vyepti cost savings if eligible
If you are eligible for the Vyepti patient assistance program you can receive your medication for free. Our monthly service fee of $49 per medication covers the cost of our services in applying for the program and requesting your ongoing refills on your behalf. If you obtain your Vyepti through NiceRx, you will only pay $49 a month regardless of the retail price of your medication.

We will handle the enrollment process for you by working with your healthcare provider and preparing all the required paperwork for your doctor to sign. We will also request your Vyepti medication refills on your behalf for up to 1 year once you are enrolled in the program.

What is Vyepti?
Vyepti is an FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration) approved medication manufactured by Lundbeck Seattle BioPharmaceuticals, Inc. It is a calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) antagonist indicated for the treatment of migraine prevention in adults. In patients with chronic migraine, Vyepti reduces the average monthly migraine days by eight days.
What doses of Vyepti are available?
Vyepti is available in injection form, in the following doses: 100 mg/mL solution in a single-dose vial.
Vyepti is given as an intravenous (IV) infusion in your vein over 30 minutes every 3 months.

Vyepti side effects
The most common side effects of Vyepti in clinical trials compared to placebo include:
- Nasopharyngitis – stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat, chills
In rare instances, Vyepti can cause more serious side effects. These can include:
- Hypersensitivity reactions – angioedema, urticaria, facial flushing, and rash, swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat, trouble breathing, hives

Vyepti contraindications
You should not use Vyepti if you:
- Are allergic to the active ingredient eptinezumab-jjmr
- Have had an allergic reaction to any of the other ingredients in Vyepti
