You may be required to submit further information and documents required by the pharmaceutical company which can be securely uploaded online.
Your application is created and sent to your doctor for signature. At this stage, you will be billed $49 and will not be billed again until you receive your first medication delivery.
Your application is sent to the pharmaceutical company. You will be billed again once you receive your medication. We handle the entire ordering process including requesting ongoing refills.

What is Vyndamax?
Vyndamax is an FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration) approved medication manufactured by Pfizer Inc. Vyndaqel and Vyndamax are transthyretin stabilizers used for the treatment of cardiomyopathy of both the wild-type and hereditary forms of transthyretin amyloid cardiomyopathy (ATTR-CM) in adults, to reduce cardiovascular mortality and cardiovascular-related hospitalization.
Vyndamax is shown to lower the risk of heart-related hospitalizations by 32% compared with placebo, and clinical studies in patients with ATTR-CM show the frequency of adverse events in patients treated with Vyndaqel (tafamidis meglumine) was similar to placebo.
What doses of Vyndamax are available?
Vyndamax is available in capsule form, in the following doses: 20 mg capsule and 61 mg.
The recommended dosage is either Vyndaqel 80 mg orally once daily, or Vyndamax 61 mg capsule orally once daily. Please see the full prescribing information including patient information, and always speak with a healthcare professional for medical advice or about any changes to your dose so they can monitor and evaluate your condition.
Vyndamax active ingredients
Vyndamax contains the active ingredient tafamidis which selectively binds to and stabilizes transthyretin (TTR) at thyroxine-binding sites.
Vyndamax side effects
There are no known side effects with Vyndamax in people with cardiomyopathy of transthyretin-mediated amyloidosis.
Your doctor may have asked you to sign up for the Transthyretin Amyloidosis Outcomes Survey. This is an international disease registry that helps researchers learn more about ATTR and the impact different treatments have on ATTR.
You are encouraged to report negative side effects or adverse reactions of Vyndamax to the FDA. Visit www.fda.gov/medwatch, or call 1-800-FDA-1088.
