Receive medication
Once approved, the pharmaceutical company typically ships a 90-day supply of medication to your home or healthcare provider’s address. Final acceptance is determined by the pharmaceutical company.

What is Xiidra?
Xiidra is an FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration) approved medication manufactured by Novartis. Xiidra (lifitegrast ophthalmic solution) 5% is a lymphocyte function-associated antigen-1 (LFA-1) antagonist used to treat the signs and symptoms of dry eye disease (DED). Xiidra reduces the symptoms of eye dryness and may provide lasting symptom relief.

What doses of Xiidra are available?
Xiidra is available as an ophthalmic solution, in the following doses: 5% (50 mg/mL).
Instill one eye drop twice daily in each eye, 12 hours apart. Do not use Xiidra eye drops while wearing contact lenses. Wait at least 15 minutes after using the eye drops before putting in your contact lenses.

Xiidra contraindications
You should not use Xiidra if you:
- Have known hypersensitivity to the active ingredient lifitegrast
- Have had an allergic reaction to any of the other ingredients in Xiidra
Talk to your doctor before using Xiidra if you:
- Are taking any of the medications that could interact with Xiidra
- Are pregnant or are planning to become pregnant
- Are breastfeeding or are planning to breastfeed – It is not known whether lifitegrast ophthalmic passes into breast milk
Xiidra generic
Xiidra is the trademark brand name for lifitegrast manufactured by Novartis. A generic version of lifitegrast is not available. Generic drugs are generally cheaper than brand-name drugs, but you can still find Xiidra savings through NiceRx.

To receive a refund, you must send the letter of denial to us by fax to 888-517-7444, or by e-mail to [email protected] within 30 days of your receipt of such letter. The Refund is your sole and exclusive remedy for any fees you may wish to dispute.
