What is Aripiprazole?

Aripiprazole is a second-generation atypical antipsychotic drug that is used for the treatment of schizophrenia, manic episodes associated with bipolar disorder, irritability associated with an autistic disorder, and Tourette’s disorder. It is also used in combination with an antidepressant to treat major depressive disorder.
