Cancellation and Refund Policy
Your subscription
Your NiceRx subscription (the "Subscription Service") starts once you’ve completed your intake and paid for your first billing period.
The Subscription Service gives you access to licensed healthcare providers, medication when a provider decides it’s appropriate, and online support.
If a NiceRx provider decides you’re not a medical fit for treatment, you’ll receive a full refund.
We can’t promise any particular result from a treatment or care plan provided through the Subscription Service.
This policy is part of our Terms of Use, which govern the Subscription Service.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time, for any reason. Email us at help@nicerx.com, or send a message through the chat in your patient portal.
Please send your cancellation request at least 72 hours before your next billing date. If we receive it later than that, your next billing cycle is charged as usual and your cancellation takes effect at the start of the following cycle.
After you cancel, your Subscription Service continues until the end of the billing cycle you’re in.
To see whether your cancellation qualifies for a refund, read the Refunds section below.
Refunds
Within 72 hours. If you cancel by emailing help@nicerx.com within the first 72 hours of your subscription, and you haven’t received any Subscription Services yet, you’ll get a full refund.
Medical disqualification. If your subscription ends because a NiceRx provider determines you’re not eligible, we’ll refund the Subscription Service charges made after that decision.
Monthly plans. If you pay month to month, CANCELLING DOES NOT REFUND THE MONTH IN WHICH YOU CANCEL, OR ANY EARLIER MONTH.
Plans billed for two or more months. If you pay for two or more months at once, we’ll refund the months for which no medication was shipped to you.
EXCEPT AS DESCRIBED IN THIS SECTION, NO REFUND IS ISSUED WHEN THE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE IS CANCELLED.
Returning medication
Federal law generally doesn’t allow prescription medication to be returned to a pharmacy for a refund or reuse once it has been dispensed for a patient. This protects the safety and integrity of every medication we provide.
Damaged or incorrect medication
Please check your medication as soon as it arrives. If anything looks damaged or isn’t what you were prescribed, contact us right away at help@nicerx.com.
Damaged: the pharmacy may replace it once it receives evidence of the damage, such as a photo.
Incorrect: the pharmacy will replace it.
