Hydration Calculator
A simple daily fluid baseline from your weight and activity.
Calculate your water intake
A simple baseline: about half your body weight in ounces, plus more for activity.
For information only, not medical advice or a diagnosis. Only a licensed provider can determine whether treatment is appropriate for you.
Disclaimer: This is a simple baseline estimate and doesn't account for climate, health conditions or medications that affect fluid needs. It also can't tell you whether you're eligible for any NiceRx treatment. Only a licensed provider can, after reviewing your health history.
What is daily water intake?
This estimates how much fluid you need each day based on body weight, activity and climate. Total intake includes water from food and other drinks, not only plain water.
How to read your result
A common baseline is about 30–35 ml per kg of body weight, adjusted upward for exercise and heat. On GLP-1 treatment, hydration matters more: reduced appetite can mean less fluid from food, and nausea or constipation are eased by drinking enough.
Limitations
Needs vary with kidney function, medications and medical conditions; some people need to limit fluids. This is a general estimate, not medical advice. Follow your provider's guidance if you have a condition that affects fluid balance.
Personalized care
Weight loss, longevity and strength treatments, prescribed by a licensed provider and delivered to your door. No insurance needed.
